Lessons Learned Through 25 Years of Life

Years goes by and somehow I’m getting uninterest about celebrating or feeling happy when it comes to my birthday. For me, 25 is a gate to get into a mature world (and please kindly ignore that it is a milestone number - a quarter of a century oh my God!), I’ve got many lessons learned that once I mentioned a bit on my previous post, well it's actually on my last year birthday post. And here, now, I wanted to make 25 points of what I've learned in my 25 years.

1. We are much stronger than what we think we are.
2. It's okay to give yourself rewards whenever you achieves something good.
3. Read books more.
4. Drink lots of water.
5. Always be kind and expect nothing in return.
6. It's okay to not know everything. Sometimes know nothing is better than know something.
7. You don't have to say yes to everything. Don't be afraid to say no. They'll respect you for it. If they don't, then bye!
8. I no longer have energy to force relationships.
9. I don't debate a lot anymore. I save my energy just for those who worth it.
10. Be honest although the truth may hurts. Lying is poisonious, truth will always find its way out.
11. Trust gets broken so easily.
12. Listen.
13. Give people compliments, they can make someone's day.
14. Your mom is probably right about whoever you're dating.
15. Many people will ask for your advice, but they won't actually take it.
16. Rejection is nothing to be afraid of.
17. If something feels wrong, it probably is.
18. Be grateful for everything. GRATITUDE = HAPPINESS.
19. Brings mukena everywhere.
20. Metabolism at 25 will not be what your metabolism was at 17.
21. Backup your computer.
22. Happiness lies in the small things.
23. Having just a few really close friends is better than having a ton of not so great friends.
24. Never take your loved ones for granted. They can be gone, or become ill in an instant. Cherish every moment.
25. Everything is temporary, even life itself. This too shall pass.
